So I began to take the Asteroid Stack last week to see if it really worked, and to be honest, I've never felt the amount of strength I've got lately ever. Even after the first few days I was training faster and lifting even heavier than before. I was amazed with what prime, powerfull and ap can do. Also, I've got the benefits from powerfull since I usually don't sleep that much, but the sleep I get from it is quality sleep, and i usually am not tired (due to lack of sleep) through the day. I can also say that since i began the asteroid stack I also gained some definition, although it has been just 1 week since I started, maybe it was water weight but we'll see.
Ok so my dosing regime has been that of the asteroid stack pdf, with 1 modifications on the AP. the modification is since I dont consume any carbs on my last meal I take the AP on the meal before that (meal 5).
I'm actually consuming around 2900 cals/day with 45%carbs, 40%prot, 15% fats.
My questions are these:
I usually don't consume that much fats (omegas, pb, EVOO) until later in the day (usually on meals 5 and 6). And on the meals 1-4 I just get my fats from the sources of protein i eat (eggs and meat basically). Should I consume more fats during the day or is my diet ok as is? If you would like to see my diet pm me). I usually feel a little more "alpha male" after I take my prime with a little fats son thats why I ask.
The thing is that I know (or think i know) that you should not eat to much fats close to workout (either pre or post) so you get the most absorption of carbs for energy. I usually train early in the AM so that's why my fats are allocated by the end of the day.
Will keep on writing on how my asteroid stack venture goes.

Weight: 156lbs
Bf: 13%,15% (caliper, tanita)
(measures taken on friday last week).
Tomorrow will be test day so I'll see if anything changes (hopefully +lbm, -bf)
