Ok so i just tried this and this was IMO better the Jell-O pudding.
Super Charged Protein Pudding...Anabolic Pudding of Warriors!
Take TruNutritions delicious Chocolate Isolate: 8 scoops
Whole Milk: 8 oz
Take 2 oz and 4 scoops of Whey Isolate. Mix to the best of your ability add in 2 more oz. Repeat with 4 more oz and 4 more scoops.
The way i did this was in a shaker cup and shaked it at first then mixed with a spoon till smooth.
This can be down for 1 person with 4 oz and 4 scoops. Or you can divide it into smaller servings and store for later.
Nutrition Profile for 2 servings:
Fat: 8.2 Grams
Carbs: 12 grams
Protein: 208 GRAMS!!!
Divided amongst two people divide by 2 and you know what ur taking in. IMO this is the most anabolic Cheat Pudding MUAHAHAHA!!! You can customize and add whatever you want for your dietary needs. You can store in the fridge and it will only taste better once it's cold.
