Leucine 4:1:1

I was looking to add this into my custom blend, is this BCAAs with the additional leucine or do I add BCAAs AND leucine 4:1:1?

65% BCAA 35% leucine will give you 4:1:1

still not clear. Do I need both in the blend? If that is true the name Leucine 4:1:1 is misleading, makes it sound like it is already set with BCAAs AND extra leucine.

4 is leucine , 1 isoleucine , 1 valine

OK, when I add L 411 into my custom blend the ing profile does not change for protein content, but it increases if I add BCAAs. What's up with that?

don't look that , that is made for protein powders
