Alright so it is time to switch things up a bit and get motivated....here is what I am thinking....

M- Chest/Shoulders
BB Bench 3-4 x 6-10
Incline DB 3-4 x 6-10
DB Shrugs 3-4 x 6-10

T- Back/Traps
Deads (same reps)
Pull ups '' ''
Shrugs '' ''

W-OFF

TH- Legs
Lots of stuff

F- Arms/Calves
BB Curl '' ''
Skull Crusher '' ''
Hammer Curls '' ''
Calf Raises

sat/sun - off

As you guys can see this is pretty straight forward, and since I have been out of the game for a bit I am sure it will work, but hit me with any suggestions.

ummmm. . . . .
1. add some bb/db presses for shoulders
2. add rows for upper back
3. "lots of stuff"??
4. did u realize ur longest workout is arms/calves. . . .
bottom line, it needs to be tweaked alot

if i was you id go look into a good routine such as the 5x5 or HST and scrap this one
