    I recently started to lift again and was told about this site and now i need help what is best for healthy natural, but rapid growth for me? I would like to be super strong by the end of the summer thanks...Please let me know what to do

    Jay Cutler Mass stack, because thats all he eats and you know how big he is.

    5x5 (MadCow) is a pretty good strength program that can make you bigger.

    Stick to Olympic / Compound lifts for strength gains.

  4. I want to be strong and big hey you got to keep the ladies lookin right I lift pretty aggresively just not sure what else to do

    Post up your routine. Exercises/sets etc.

    Also what in general does your diet look like, i eat pretty good doesnt cut it, do you know how much cal/prot/fat/sod/carbs you take in everyday?

    Weight lifting is only 1 hour a day, bodybuilding is 24hrs.

  7. Thats the easiet way to jumpstart new growth, just tweak the program your already on, if you like it.
