hey guys i need a new routine, because of injuries and school the gym had to be on hiatus for the past 3 months. I've tried getting back into it but I've lost a good amount of strength and I honestly cant even get through my previous routines. My old routine was going heavy doing 5,4,3,2,1. Any help on a new workout would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Oh i forgot to add my goals pretty much now are just to be shredded, so really no need to put on any more mass.
