Yeah my wrists are one of my weakest points. I have to pop them both to relieve pressure after pushing exercises. My right radius and ulna epiphyseal plates were fractured when I was 14.
My wrists (and grip) are actually super weak, too. So, I know where you're coming from. Although you are probably in a situation where your wrist weakness is warranted b/c of the injury when you were 14. I was just born a wuss
When I was training seriously, long, long ago, I was actually afraid to go for my max bench or to lift too heavy on bench b/c my wrists did very little to resist the weight from moving around once I got to like 350 or so. So, I never took my reps past that before I stopped.
My bench and deadlift are pretty badass, I can deadlift 345 for 2-3 reps, but my max squat is like 285-295. I think it's cause I have a somewhat shorter torso and long legs.
Yeah, well I have a long torso and short legs and I suck at squats, too
Great for deadlifts.... about 8 months before I peaked out I started them up and did them for 3 months. Got to 500lbs, but then stopped b/c they fatigued me way too much and I'm a big wuss.
