1. bicycle?

    i really hate running on a treadmill, could doing the bicycle only be enough cardio?

  2. yes you could but it take more time to burn the same amount of calories. I switch to bike when my knee hurt too much to run

  4. I feel the same way about running on the treadmill so I go between the bike and the eliptical, and the thing that I have found to really step it up is to go at a moderate pace for 4 min then every fifth min go as hard as you can, repeat this until you cant

  5. well as the weeks have gone by ive noticed i can take the treadmill now i speed walk, light jog before and after my workout
