What are you folks doing in terms of training programs?

Change it up every week?
If you like your routine and dont want to change, you could just change the way you do it. like switching to low rep high intensity to a high volume every few weeks
I try to change something about my workout (exercises, schedule, sets, reps) every 2 months otherwise I tend to stall out.
