    My First Video - BB Squats: 405 - 5 Reps


    I was playing around with my Christmas present during my leg workout yesterday and took a video shot of me doing one of my sets of BB Squats. This gives you an idea of my form, depth, etc...I'm still building my strength back up, but I obviously have plenty in the tank left over after this set...

    Thanks guys Yea, I thought I could shoot the video vertical like that and it would be a simple edit move to flip it, but I was wrong. I'll just have to take the video shots with the camera upright from now on...
