Difference between stacks

Evolution Cutting Stack or Mass stack the supplements are the same but the time that you take them aren't. What is the difference and effects of taking the supplements at different times going to do for the overal stack i dont see how it would have a really big effect on it. Which schedule have yall used and found the most helpful?
