Here's some basic Skeletal Muscle anatomy for y'alls that arent anatomy savvy like me
The Quads = Vastus Lateralis (thigh sweep), Vastus Medialis (Teardrop), Rectus Femoris (the V shaped thing in the middle) and the Sartorius (the long strap looking thing that goes from the inner knee, along the inner thigh ahe attaches to the front of the pelvis)
Inner thighs = Adductor Magnus, adductor longus and Gracilis
"hammies" = Semimembranosus, semitendonosis and biceps femoris
Calfs = The Gastrocnemius (inner and outer heads), Sloeus (the V shaped under the gastrocnemius)
Chest = Pectoralis Major; Clavicular head (part that attaches to the clavicle) and Sternal Head (part that attaches to the sternum) and the Pectoralis minor (under the Pec Major)
Abs = Rectus Abdominis (6-pack), External Oblique, internal oblique and Transversus abdominis
The Back = Latissimus Dorsi (lats), teres major, teres minor, supraspinatus, infraspinatus, subscapularis, Rhomboid major, rhomboid minor, Trapezius (traps), Erector spinae (spinal erectors), serratus anterior
The shoulders and arms = Deltoids; Posterior head (rear delts), Medial head (side delts) and Anterior Head (front delts). Biceps Brachii (bi's) both medial and lateral head, Triceps Brachii (tri's) Medial Head (by inner elbow), Long head (big head on the inside) Lateral head (outer, most visible part), Brachialis (outer part between the bi's and tri's), Brachioradialis (the tie-in from the forearms to the biceps).
