Yesterday I went on an hour long cross country run over some pretty crazy mountan terrain, and I had so much fun that I wanna go again today. Only thing is I am still a little sore so I was wondering if it was a good idea?
I am trying to improve stamina right now, so some muscle loss is not too much of an issue, but stamina loss is a big deal.
