Okay basically i'm looking for a program to increase strength plain and simple. I tried that max-ot program for little while but for some reason I felt as if I wasn't doing enough sets. Like my body was sore at all. So i'm just looking for recommendations on a program that will increase my strength as fast as possible. As for supplements im only 17 so I dont take that much. I take SMASH,ON Whey Protein, Now Adam, And xtend. If theres any other supplements I should consider please let me know looking for as much help as possible...
