Was wondering if anyone has tried this.
Instead of doing 2 weeks of each rep range.
You do every monday 15s, every wednesday 10s and every friday 5s, incrementing the weight each week rather than each work out. But you only go upto 75-80% of your RM towards the end of the cycle because you will be lifting 3 days in a row at maximum weight.
