im doing cardio(running) usualy about 7k a session,problem is when i hit around 3.5-4k my calfs start to get very painfull,i continue to run as im not even breathing heavy and after another 1k or so my feet start to go dead,i loose all feeling in my toes and calfs,ive changed my runners 3 times with no change in results,i warm up very well before i set into the run,i need help maybe to find out whats causeing this and get it cured as im losing all interest in my runing,its bein going on for 4 months now,any suggestions would be much helpfull,thank u
