Help me make a new split

Ok we'll i'm takin a break from DC for maybe 10 weeks or so, my joints are startin to feel it because my strength is really gettin up their fast. So i'd like to go back to straight sets for a while with more than 1 exercise but i'll still be going to failure, writing down my weights and doing the intense DC stretches. Now i need to bring up my chest and arms so i was thinking:


Monday: Chest+Back
Tuesday Off
Wednesday: Biceps+Triceps+Shoulders
Thursday: Hamstrings+Quads+Calfs
Friday: Abs+Forearms

I'll be doing 30 minutes are so of cardio after each workout and i'll stick to 3 exercises per body part tops and concentrate on always beating my previous weights.
