Can anyone help me with a routine of exercises, reps and sets for a six day split. I read this on Slys web sight, but did not have any exercises listed. Monday/Wednesday/Friday: Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms,Abs. Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday: Calves,Thighs,Rear Delts,Traps. I would like to follow this routine for about 6 to 8 weeks and see what kind of shape I can really get into. I have been exercising since June 2006 and have dropped about 21 lbs and kept it off. I am 44 yrs old and just want to get into "Stallone Shape" So, if anyone can help with exercises, reps and sets, it would really help. Thanks for a great sight.
