Following on from the BJJ thread, has anyone done or currently do isometrics and what are the advantages?
I currently do at least 1-2 hours cardio a day, plus lifting, so would isometrics help me with my strength more than lifting?
I am not afraid of bulking up, and my current routine is not to "tone" but to add muscle mass and lean up a couple of bf%.
Any info would be great.
Thanks
