NASM study guide?

Anybody have a good NASM study guide? I've got all instructional CDs and they're great material, but would like everything I can to help prepare for the test.

It comes with a study guide...you know the little workbook...it's your study guide. Test isn't bad at all.

I got the CDs off of ebay, so I didn't get the study guide :(
