My right arm is a little bigger then my left, both bi's and tri's. I was going to fix this by switching off every other week, going from a standard arm workout, to one with a lot of Iso-one arm movements. Hows this look..

Bi's
Barbell curls 3 sets 8-10 reps
Hammer curls 3 sets 8-10 reps
DB preacher curls 2 sets 8-10 reps

Tri's
Close grip bench decline 3 sets 6-8 reps
(Need another lift) 3 sets 8-10 reps
Underhand cable ext. 2 sets 8-10 reps

I'm not sure what else to do for a 1-arm tricep lift. I was thinking maybe overhead DB extensions. Thanks for any help.

You may have to start using less weight and really focus on you contractions of the muscles you are working out. I had the same problems with my thighs, but instead of doing more isolateral movements or overloading the lagging side, I just used less weight and really focused on squeezing the muscles. Worked really well for me...
