Dangerous Waist to hip ratio, what do I do?

I was taking some measurements and found my waist to hip ratio is .94, which from what I understand is really bad/dangerous. I've been cutting for a while and the outline of my abs are visible, I have been put around 9-12% bodyfat, what should I do? What caused this? How do I fix it?

You can't get a smaller waist so I think you just need a bigger ass lol

I see your avatar so I am GUESSING you like that Aber Crombie and Fitch emaciated gaunt look

Honestly the ratio is the way it is because you are young and you have no glute muscles of any size.

Do squats if you want a better ratio but really why are you worried about it?

BTW if you have an extra inch on your hips your new ratio would read:

"Even though you may not look like a pear, this waist-to-hip ratio ratio (0.92 and under, which means you don't have a lot of fat around your middle or upper torso) gives you the lowest risk of coronary heart disease, stroke, and diabetes"

I can't do a whole lot of squats I played hockey through high school and had several bad knee injuries that left me wielding crutches, I'll try to get under a smith machine next leg day and try it out again. I was concerned because it said I'm at high risk for heart disease and ****, that already runs heavily in my family and I don't want to have anything else contributing to my already dwindling odds at not having some form of a heart problem.

The waist/hip ratio is generally a good indicator of risk for those who already have a problem. For obese individuals, it is important to know where they hold the fat because their is a high correlation with disease and an 'apple' shape.

You, my friend, are not obese.
Body composition tests are great (Waist/Hip, BMI, BF %), but sometimes you gotta step back and look at the whole picture.
