First off, howdy all! I've been lurking a while, but just started to post.
Here's the deal, I have tendonitis in my right wrist. Pain below my pinky. A result of bowling for 20 years. I've stopped bowling but continue to lift 5-6 days a week. I tape my wrist every day in the gym as well, as a precaution.
For the most part, pushing movements... like chest presses and some curls... are not a problem. But any moves where a firm grip is needed, such as lat pulls, causes pain.
I use wrist straps for shrugs but when I use them for lat pulls or pullups it hurts.
Any advice? Any special gloves or anything that takes the stress off of my fingers? Thanks in advance.
