    Bobo took the words right out of my mouth.....

    Protein powder and vitamins, nothing exotic....
    In terms of supplementation, I'm supplementing less on Bobo's diet
    than I had been before and getting better results....
    So I am saving some money on the supplementing side....
    Yet another reason to go with Bobo....

    I really, really need to save my pennies for a little while after my extended vacation, in the New Year (if not earlier), Im going to give Bobo a try. The results I have been reading about are just incredible and easily worth the money.

    This is really frustrating. This has probably been my best week
    in terms of following diet and workout/cardio and I actually gain .5 lb...
    I don't understand...... Will try measurements again tomorrow I guess....

    gaining muscle adds weight too bro. considering you dropped an additional 0.5cm of your waist this week......the scale is a bad judge for progress. sounds like you're doing awesome to me.

    The only thing I can think of is that I got up a lot earlier

    than I normally do today (for a Saturday).... I got up at 8 am
    rather than around noon, that might make the difference because
    normally I fast for four more hours. Will be able to sleep tomorrow
    morning, will try measurements again.

    You are not supposed to do extra cardio. I don't want you doing extra cardio. The changes are supposed to be small and gradual. For the most part I WANT you to stall out once in a while. That way I know you are losing pure fat.

    You are down almost 11lbs in 6 weeks. That exactly where I want you to be. New diet sent and NO EXTRA CARDIO!

    It's been almost two months now and while I am very happy

    with the results I have gotten with Bobo, I also realized how
    fat I was......
    At 194, still no definition in the stomach, I am shooting for more
    like 185 and see how I look there......

    Overall, very impressed with results in terms of weight loss and cm off
    of waist, but disappointed at how I look at current weight.....
    Have extended Bobo for another of month of cutting, so I will continue
    log of results.
    Check back on Saturday for final 2 month stats.

    As of right now that is 2 pounds a week lost with 3 days to go so you are not even at a final total weight loss. Your arm measurements that you wanted to stay the same and not very AT ALL , were pretty much close to that down only 2cm (which was fat i'm sure..) and your waist went down 9cm for a total of 16lbs lost. The fact alone that the measurements are where they are at are amazing.

    I would say that's fantastic for only using protein powder. I'm sold and will be signing up Feb/March for my summer cut.

    I hope no one mistakes my comments above as some sort of

    a dig at Bobo. It's not. I would recommend him to anyone.
    It's been the best money I've spent on fitness ever.

    I am just expressing some frustration/disappointment at what
    I currently look like at this weight. Thought I had more muscle
    but I'm finding out how much more fat I really have to lose......

    I didn't... I took it as how you just stated... In my post above I was summarizing for myself because I am simply amazed at the results.

    In terms of definition, there has been less changes than I would I thought for that much weight loss. I have lost a lot of weight in my face and my arms look a bit more defined. I feel like I look like a smaller version of my prior self. My new goal is to get a six pack (I am hoping at around 175) so I'm thinking that the next 10 lbs I lose will make a huge difference. I hope so anyways....
    I am 6 feet tall, same as Beowulf, so I am looking at his pictures at 173 and hoping I look the same at 175. We shall see. Maybe he can speak to the change from 185 to 175 and what kind of a difference it made.

    -20lbs and only 1" on the arms, loss? Wow...great results bro.

    And, 5" of waist on 20lbs is great, too!

    Are you getting stronger? With those kind of changes, I'd guess you probably put on a lb or two of LBM.

    I haven't gotten much stronger.... A little bit in the arms and back, not much in the chest and legs... I realize that it is tough to get stronger while losing 20 lbs so I am happy with just keeping my strength....
    I can't wait to start bulking.... Another 10 lbs......

    Adams-
    At 180, I am starting to see some definition in my stomach. Definitely no six pack yet. I think I may have to adjust my target weight down to 170 for the six pack. We'll see what I look like at 175.

    Went off of the diet on Saturday and Sunday.... Hopefully that doesn't hurt me too badly.... it seems like I gained some weight.... We'll see.

    I see your measurments and everything, but could you also your overall feeling of wellbeing... how energy is.. and also is definition showing through... getting nice n cut?

    Unfortunately I am going to have to stop working out for a while.... I injured my wrist lifting before I even started with Bobo and it hasn't gotten any better... It's really gotten worse.
    I don't think the program had anything to do with this...
    To answer your question, Adams, I am finally starting to get cut.... It's just really frustrating that this is happening now.
    My overall experience with Bobo was very positive. I cannot recommend him enough. The service is totally worth it. Once my wrist heals, I will be back to train with him some more.
