    actually, the entire world has adapted to the metric system except for u.s., liberia, and myanmar(burma). just like english has become the international language, the metric system is becoming the international measurement system.

    the google calculator can convert just about anything.

  5. I like inches better (being from the US, it makes sense).

    I just use CM because it's a smaller unit of measurement and
    I get more precision that way.

    Protein powder and vitamins, nothing exotic....
    In terms of supplementation, I'm supplementing less on Bobo's diet
    than I had been before and getting better results....
    So I am saving some money on the supplementing side....
    Yet another reason to go with Bobo....

    I really, really need to save my pennies for a little while after my extended vacation, in the New Year (if not earlier), Im going to give Bobo a try. The results I have been reading about are just incredible and easily worth the money.

    This is really frustrating. This has probably been my best week
    in terms of following diet and workout/cardio and I actually gain .5 lb...
    I don't understand...... Will try measurements again tomorrow I guess....

    gaining muscle adds weight too bro. considering you dropped an additional 0.5cm of your waist this week......the scale is a bad judge for progress. sounds like you're doing awesome to me.

  17. The only thing I can think of is that I got up a lot earlier

    than I normally do today (for a Saturday).... I got up at 8 am
    rather than around noon, that might make the difference because
    normally I fast for four more hours. Will be able to sleep tomorrow
    morning, will try measurements again.

    Still kind of frustrated with this seeing as my diet was perfect
    during the last week and I actually did a little extra cardio....

  19. You are not supposed to do extra cardio. I don't want you doing extra cardio. The changes are supposed to be small and gradual. For the most part I WANT you to stall out once in a while. That way I know you are losing pure fat.

    You are down almost 11lbs in 6 weeks. That exactly where I want you to be. New diet sent and NO EXTRA CARDIO!

  24. It's been almost two months now and while I am very happy

    with the results I have gotten with Bobo, I also realized how
    fat I was......
    At 194, still no definition in the stomach, I am shooting for more
    like 185 and see how I look there......

    Overall, very impressed with results in terms of weight loss and cm off
    of waist, but disappointed at how I look at current weight.....
    Have extended Bobo for another of month of cutting, so I will continue
    log of results.
    Check back on Saturday for final 2 month stats.

  25. As of right now that is 2 pounds a week lost with 3 days to go so you are not even at a final total weight loss. Your arm measurements that you wanted to stay the same and not very AT ALL , were pretty much close to that down only 2cm (which was fat i'm sure..) and your waist went down 9cm for a total of 16lbs lost. The fact alone that the measurements are where they are at are amazing.

    I would say that's fantastic for only using protein powder. I'm sold and will be signing up Feb/March for my summer cut.

    It's been the best money I've spent on fitness ever.

    I am just expressing some frustration/disappointment at what
    I currently look like at this weight. Thought I had more muscle
    but I'm finding out how much more fat I really have to lose......

    I didn't... I took it as how you just stated... In my post above I was summarizing for myself because I am simply amazed at the results.

    That's two months. I've signed up for one more month of cutting.
    Trying to get the six pack... We'll see if I am successful.
    Overall, very pleased with results.
