Hey guys,
I train by myself, and after I get to my goal BF% this year I really want to focus on some strength training for a while. I know westside-style training is where its at for PL/strength.
I was looking over these DVD's:

and was thinking of ordering a few to help me develop a routine to increase my bench, deadlift, and squat and help me pack on some overall (lean)mass and thickness.
Anyone ever seen them?
