anyone here ever tried candito's deadlift program? phase 1 is the close variation, phase 2 is the distant variation, the third phase is the high volume optional bridge, and phase 4 is the competition peak. For someone that's tried it how effective is it? is it a good program? how much did you add to your 1rm deadlift? im trying to find a program that's just as effective for deadlifts as the full 13 week smolov program is for squats and this looks like a good program.
