Foot placement for calves

I came across this video last week and wanted to share it. It is gold. I think we have all played with foot position to target different areas of our calves, but who knew the secret is with our knees, not feet. I have done this twice and it really does work. I never locked out my knees before, but I am bending my knees more and I feel the movements in my outer calves more.

This video helped me out alot this past week training calves. Widening the stance was definitely better for me. Meadows always has a ton of great info and usually has some pretty sick calf routines in his programs
