  1. Plateau Nightmare


    Hey guys, I feel like Iíve hit a plateau and itís not fun, weíve all been there. Iím trying to gain some size and I really appreciate some advice or even some links. Thanks a bunch.


  2. Gonna need a load more info bro.....

    How many years training
    1rm on the big three
    Age/Height/weight/bf
    Calories/macro split
    Training schedule and program
    How long you plateau
    What have you tried
    Assuming natty?

  3. Forced reps. Get a spotter. Worked for me.
    Ah you wrote size. I refer to strength.

  4. Few quick thoughts before I log off for the night.

    Increase calories, change your routine and train harder. Forced reps, as mentioned above, are good. Focusing on heavy compound lifts and really dedicating time on those lifts will make the biggest improvement. Try a P/P routine to change things up if you havenít already.

    Yes Iím natty, been training for years, height 5í6 weight 165lbs

    Go past failure with the help of a spotter. I usually never do this but once in a while it feels great.
