Prior to my last three workouts, I popped some branch chain aminos that I found in my closet. Wow, I must increased my strength by 5-10 % on every exercise. I just can't believe they would make such a big difference and I'm on my 7th week on a cut cycle. Does this make any sense, the only other change is that I started listening to some tunes while lifting.
