What Difference Does it Make in Splitting Cardio Sessions?

Hi Everyone,

I am doing bodyweight finishers, such as those by Mike Whitfield, to tone up.

Does splitting up matter, or is total exercise volume most important?

I wonder whether 30 minutes per day, all at once is better; or, 15 minutes, twice a day, or 10 minutes three times a day?

Is there any science to actually prove this one way or another?

If your cardio session is only 30 minutes, no need to split.
