No gym for a month!

What's up guys
I'm in the infantry. We go to the field a lot.
Eating MREs. High in carbs and protein. Usually a week at most. Isn't a big deal, I bounce back at the gym easily.

But, we're going to JRTC. For about 28 days. No gym. No nothing. Just straight Vietnam style suckin.

Will I lose mah gains? How can I prevent this? Even if it's minor.

Just believe!! And stay at a positive nitrogen balance, if you can, do pull ups, weighted pushups, don't get too physical with other things

Have fun @ Polk brother. That place is a sh*thole. You should be good though, won't lose to much. And you should get atleast a few days of k'rats and not all MRE's. And some good field coffee. Just do some bodyweight lifting on your free time. And if your mech, like I was you can always do elevated pushups off the ramp of the bradley, and some pullups as well.
