Does anybody know how Dennis trained? I can't find any interviews or information about his program. As a drug tested athlete he was able to press 507 pounds in a 3 lift meet in the 205 weight class. The crazy thing is he doesn't look big at all!

I honestly believe you're overthinking it man...you have to worry about your own steady progression first...can't remember where I saw it, but Cieri's training is extremely simple...he is also a bench specialist and if I remember correctly, he put up some really ****ty sandbag squat and deadlift numbers during that meet...

if you insist on trying to mirror someone similar in weight to you, who is also an amazing bencher I'd suggest LS McClain...I honestly believe he will one day own the single lift bench record....it's also incredibly unfair having to finish behind Dave Ricks (<<< this guy should honestly be an inspiration to every Powerlifter) and Jesse "lb for lb" Norris...he posts a lot of his lifts on Instagram.

I'm meeting with a coach next Monday so I'll follow whatever he suggests. I just thought it would be cool to see how Dennis trained. I will most likely have to sandbag squat and deads to get weight down. I'd like to keep progressing on all 3 lifts for a while though and get my bodyfat down a little.
