I am aiming for high rep sets.

This is my regular routine

MON
Chest/tris

flat bench press - 4 x 10
incline - 4x10
decline - 4 x10

tri pull downs 4 x10
skull crushers - 4x10
kick backs - 4x10

TUES
Cardio/ abs

WEDs
Arms/Back
Preacher curls - 4 x10
standing curls - 4 x10
Hammer curls - 4 x 10

Lat pull downs - 4 x10
Rows - 4x10
Good mornings - 4x10

Thursday
cardio/ abs/ forearms

Friday
Legs/shoulders

squats - 4x10
legs extensions - 4x10
leg curls - 4x10

military press 4 x10
Arnold Dumbbell Press- 4x10
upright rows- 4x10




At present im doing 25-30 rep sets @ 25-50lbs across the board.

I would add some type of fly/crossovers to your Monday workouts
