Front Squats

Per Muscle Group:

Chest: BB Bench
Shoulders: DB Shoulder Press or Arnold Press
Biceps: EZ Bar Curls
Triceps: Reverse Cable Pull Downs
Back: Deadlifts
Abs: Decline Weighted Crunches or Exercise Ball Crunches

Rack Pulls just below the knee as overall favourite.

Chest: slightly inclined dumbbell press
Delts: behind the neck barbell press
Side delts: standing dumbbell lateral raise
Rear delts: reverse cable flies
Back: rack pulls just below the knee
Back lats: pullup
Back thickness: V-bar row
Biceps: standing straight barbell curl
Triceps: weighted dips
Quads: Leg press
Hamstrings: SLDL with dumbbells
Calves: horizontal leg press
Abs: straight leg raise

Favorite all time lift: deadlifts - both variations but im better at sumo so ill go with that as the ALL TIME favorite.

Chest: bb bench
Shoulders: ohp
Biceps: chin ups
Triceps: close grip bench
Back: tbar rows or chest supported db shrugs
Hams: GHR & SLDL
Quads: front squats
Abs: front squat holds heavy and bw dead bugs for reps

Any landmine variation and rows. I love the feeling of hitting my back, delts, and traps all at once. Helps posture and makes me feel powerful all day.

Squats are a close second not because I actually like doing them (heavy ones at least), but because I know the results will be overall growth and strength all with only one move.
