Anyone know of some high volume shoulder workouts. My shoulders are a weak body part of mine and I'm looking for a high volume intense shoulder workout with emphasis on rear delts.
GVT isn't exactly 10x10.. people misread that. But essentially I would do my heavy deadlifts i.e. 3-5reps and then hit high volume on facepulls n lat pull downs.. I don't really ever row so no opinion
