Training Around Muscle Weakness

I've had a random decrease in connection, strength and contraction density in my upper body (Arms, Chest, Shoulders). It just feels like the muscles can't be controlled properly or contract as forcefully as they should.
Whilst the doctors try to figure out what's wrong/broken, I want to know if/how I can still train and gain my upper body around this issue?

Has anybody had any similar issues or symptoms?

Answers will be appreciated and repped

I would just lower tge weights and start trying to "feel" the contractions again
