Hey everyone
I wanted to start a log up again. I have previously hit my goal of 1000lbs+ (405 DL, 355 Squat, 255 bench - when I tested last during summer.)
In 2017 I'd like to be able to hit 1200lbs+.
For the most part I did this rocking upper lower splits, full body splits. I've never really been one for smashing the hell out of a body part all in one day, and from all the research I've done it points in the direction that full body training = better size and strength gains. But more importantly I just really seem to enjoy training that way - I have recently attempted doing a split routine but it's just not my jam. Sure you can do tons of sets and reps but eventually you're just using a fraction of the weight you can really push and getting lower overall volume.
That's all for now really - I'm getting pretty sleepy and out of things to say but I just wanted to get this started Hyde Driven2lift
