By the picture would you say Sergio Olivia is around 17-20% and Arnold Schwarzenegger 14-15%?

Yeah Arnold is probably about 8% Serge leaner even like 6% water cuts and E control not nearly as well utilized back then.

Don't know if diuretics actually were used back then, maybe cutting out liquid/water but that may have been about it.
