What is the best way to make your own mobility/recovery peanut? I have one lacrosse ball already, I know I will have to purchase another. What is the best thing to hold them together? I don't want anything that will give them padding. I like the stiffness of the lacrosse ball.

I've always used athletic tape-so long as you don't over wrap, it won't be too cushioned

Athletic tape....ive made 5-6 for my wife and her 5k and 10k running friends

I made it, I just used some duct tape. Came out pretty well!

they sell bags/pouches that don't really add padding, but I prefer tape as others have mentioned

I made it, I just used some duct tape. Came out pretty well!
Ducttape is a tad slick....so if it slips around on u to much just get some athlitic tape and stick it on for grip
