Hey friends and family, before I joined AM and began my journey into lifting I would often find myself going on YouTube and searching for videos on proper form techniques.
Throughout the years I still find myself going on YouTube and watching various videos on techniques, new exercises I have yet to try, theories on fitness, cooking recipes, mobility work, and many other topics surrounded overall fitness.
While popping in and out of threads here on AM, every so often I find someone who posts an awesome video that I end up bookmarking on my phone. I thought it would be a great idea to create a thread where we can all post our favorite educational videos as reference guides.
Found a great video on the proper way to squat? Post it up in here!
Do you have a video the breaks down how to count calories? By all means, link it up!
Seen a video that shows you how to cook the perfect piece of salmon? Don't hold back, please share!
Got any videos to help with mobility? Add that gem of a video in here!
