How does this routine look?

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Arms

And on 2 of the days, I do ab workouts as well.

How's this look, do any of the muscles conflict with each other?

so we critiquing what here, just your days and what body part you hit? (probably more helpful if you write up a more sustanial split w/ your actual exercises and set/rep scheme.

simply for the layout, i would tuck in a day off during the weekdays. (for example: 2on, 1off, 3on, or 2on,1off,2on,1off,1on etc) that will help recovery some compared to a 5day on and 2 off. also, stick arms before or after leg day. (that would avoid hitting tris hard after a small work the day before on shoulders. so with your current split..
M: arms
T: legs
W: chest
Th: back
F: shoulders (but again, having a days rest somewhere between the five days would help out) Sage
