Well, ... I need to learn many things and thought to start with some books.
I have read , "You are your own gym " by Mark Lauren and ''Eat, Drink and Be Healthy" and I really like the books......

Thinking to buy , The big book of food and nutrition (mens health) and Your body is your barbell (Mens Health)..

What are the books you have read till date, regarding fitness, belly fat loss, forming own's diet and planning a workout programme ? Which book have gave you the concept and knowledge to achieve your goals
