12-Week Daily Bulking Trainer

I know, I know.... You guys aren't big fans of bodybuilding.com routines, but I was just looking for a change from my modified PHAT program and came across this. Quite the set up. Don't think I've ever seen anything like it. Any thoughts?

This would be a step down from PHAT in terms of volume. If you're already far enough in your training to need to do higher volume programming like PHAT then your results from this program wouldn't be as good. Now, if the higher volume is overwhelming I would consider running a program like this or maybe a PHUL program. Or if you want to slightly raise volume you could do a P/P/L routine with one off day a week. You could even split it up like power and hypertrophy days
