What's up everyone.

Does anyone know if it's bad for your health if you don't take a week off the weights every now and then?

I've been training consistently for over 10 years and have never taken an extended time off. I'm a little concerned lol

Depends how hard you train... you'll know when your body says "NO FCKING MORE"

most people dont truly train hard enough to have a "must deload" situation.

easy signs that your body is failing tho are things like loos of strength for no reason, lethargy, weight loss or gain without diet change, etc

Right on.. I train pretty hard but I do have days where I go light (my idea of a break)
I figure I need to listen to my body but to be honest, my body wants to kill it all the time. Been only taking Thursday's off for the purpose of a "rest day"

Thanks for the feedback. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing long term damage. Lol
