Don't know where to post this but here's the question..

Taking chest measurement I've always wondered if you should include the scapula or not.. if I let the tape going just under the scapula the measurement changes by -1.2 inches so it's quite a difference

I think that you do this primarily for comparison reasons, so as long as you always do it the same place you will see if you are growing or not.

Just measure the same way consistently, make sure to exhale.
