Routine advice, with limitations..

Sad sad day, hurt my back during Deadlifts , typically my form is fine... I always went for form to ensure not hurting myself , but found out I had issues with my back before I threw it out the other day

Degenerative disc disease and one of my disc is buldging, apparently was before this happened but was never told to me after mris. .basically for the time being, esp while recovering ... I will not deadlift or squat , along with good mornings or hyper in my routine...

Was running 531 bbb for as long as I can remember, so now I'm looking for suggestions, something to gain or atleast maintain my strength in other lifts, but def a routine for size (got the supps and I know diet will determine size)

Yes I still want to leg day, jus need to alter it for awhile.. thanks in advance

Sidenote, this happened dsys before I was going to begin a short cycle.

can you front squat?

your could also do pistols, split squats, lunges, step ups, and belt squats.
