I'm 34 and have been lifting for a few years. I would like to try a Hypertrophy based workout program. I need it to be 3 days a week with an optional 4th day if I have time. Maybe an arm day for the 4th. I've been following the 531 for the past year. I've gotten stronger but I'm looking for more size. At this point in my life I would rather look stronger. Lol. Any input would be appreciated.
