Need new Hypertrophy workout

I'm 34 and have been lifting for a few years. I would like to try a Hypertrophy based workout program. I need it to be 3 days a week with an optional 4th day if I have time. Maybe an arm day for the 4th. I've been following the 531 for the past year. I've gotten stronger but I'm looking for more size. At this point in my life I would rather look stronger. Lol. Any input would be appreciated.

A simple Push/Pull/Legs split would be perfect. I personally would start with 1-2 heavier, barbell moves and then accessory work in the hypertrophy (8-12+) range

Have you used the BBB version of 5/3/1?

I've been using the BBB while on 531. I used to do P/P/L. I liked it when I had 4 days to commit to it. I'm leaning more towards a full body program. Any suggestions? I've been googlin but haven't found one I like yet.

Check out some Dan green programs. He has some good powerlifting workouts.

I agree with booneman77 push/pull/legs would be your best bet considering you schedule

If you can only train 3 days a week I'd do full body workouts.
