I hate to think I can't grow them anymore as they are one of my favorite muscle groups. They're sitting pretty at 15 inches for the longest time. I've tried fat grip training and a powerball(if u don't know what it is I suggest u look into them, they're awesome) and a super gripper. I've recently been reinvigorated to get them huge again and train them first thing in the morning and sometimes before bed. But never the morning of a workout day. I'm thinking about doing powerball, super gripper, and then farmers walks with fat grips for distance cause I don't have a lot of weight for them. Is twice a day to much? Also should I do powerball one day, super gripper the next, etc? Any advice is welcome, they just won't grow and I fear they might be peaked
