Thanks am very new to lifting was a cardio bunny for about a year or so because I was very overweight and now I want to change my strength and composition of my body trying to get rid of jiggly bits while getting a lot stronger

Good for you! Yes, as has been stated, it is possible though most of your body composition I feel deals with diet. Make sure you're eating right and don't be afraid to ask questions; on here or at your gym. That's the best way I've learned and developed my body! Happy Training!

Thanks yes I am training with a pt at the moment and setting up a proper eating plan seem to be working
