I've been lifting since I was 14. I have trained at numerous sports places and have been trained by a natural bodybuilder. I've come to the point where I need a new workout routine.
My old one was lifting heavy everyday cause of the football mindset. The one before that was my trainers. It was good cause I was doing volume, heavy, moderate and drop set. Basically no plateauing. However, the same workout gets old.
I'm more focused on size and volume. I've heard of Jim Stapponie's Short Cut to Size, but not too sure. Need something advanced that's volume and size. Like high reps and then low reps for heavy weight one day.
Any suggestions?
